What documents do you need for a real estate syndication and what documents do your investors need to sign?
At a minimum, you should have a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) which discloses all the risks and details of the offering; a Subscription Agreement (a document that your investor does actually have to sign and fill out completely); and at least two Operating Agreements–one for the Manager, and one for the holding company. The Operating Agreement of the holding company should have an investor signature page to sign.
